Our HELLY TECH® Performance membrane is completely waterproof, breathable, and windproof for lasting comfort in all weather. We have reinforced the most stressed areas: the seat, knees, and cuffs. Additional details include a removable hood, reflective elements for safety, shoe straps, and internal braces. Because we know how quickly kids grow, the braces, waist, and lower hem are adjustable.
