How can I combine multiple orders ?

We regret to inform you that it is not possible to combine multiple orders into a single shipment.

Each order is processed independently by our logistics system and cannot be merged with another.

A possible solution

If your orders have not yet been shipped, you can :

• request their cancellation from our customer service department via the contact form
• then place a new order, combining all items into a single cart

Please note

Once orders have been shipped, it is no longer possible to modify or combine them.
