The Puffer Vest is an insulated jacket in the Rains Thermal category made from a breathable and waterproof material. Made of seamless woven panels, the Puffer Vest features our featherless insulation, which provides warmth in extreme conditions. Rains' waterproof PU Jacket has durable finishes, welded piped pockets and fleece lined pockets.
