Here's some good news: our classic GAME HI sneaker returns for Spring/Summer 2024 with an updated look. This season's version of the GAME HI features an upper made almost entirely of supple, premium leather. The base of this high-top silhouette, as well as its overlays, including the mudguard, quarter heel panel, gutter and whiskers on the edge of the toe box come from an LWG gold medal-rated tannery. In addition, we've removed the ankle strap and external eyelets to refine the overall look of the GAME HI. All this adds up to the company's goal of achieving the highest degree of sustainability in the production process of our products. The only material exception on the upper is the ROOS heel tab in fine suede. A small tongue is located just below the heel tab, a feature that was already a slip-on aid on the original GAME HI in 1990. A Cordura tongue completes this retro beauty. An abrasion-resistant rubber outsole ensures good grip and pleasant durability. Of course, the inside of the tongue features the original secret pocket KangaROOS.
