AUSSIE is not only the Aussie nickname, but in terms of brand history, the AUSSIE is also one of the oldest models in our repertoire. But that's not why it's been one of our flagship models in recent years. Rather, it's its classic structure with many design options that makes the "AWESOME AUSSIE", as it was called in the old KangaROOS ads, so popular. For this season, we decided to bring back the AUSSIE with an almost monochrome upper, interrupted only by a white heel tab - marked with lettering KangaROOS to match the upper - and the brand's logo on the side panel. For the majority of the upper, we used a beautiful, furry suede as the material. The contrasting tongue is in mesh. For this season's version of the AUSSIE, we've dispensed with the stabilizer around the heel. But we have given the shoe a vintage style outsole. It's made of abrasion-resistant rubber, guaranteeing good grip and a pleasantly long life.
